Lazy way to lose weight


This is a lazy way to lose weight. It burns hundreds of calories even if you are just sitting down on your computer. It also increases your metabolism which helps in weight loss

For Recipe. You Need:
2 tsp Honey
1 tsp Cinnamon
1cup/ 8oz/ 237 ml Water

Directions:
1) Use 1 part of cinnamon to 2 parts of raw honey. 1 tsp cinnamon to 2 tsp honey is recommended.
2) Boil 1 cup/8oz/237 ml of water.
3) Pour the boiling water on cinnamon. Cover it and let it steep until it is warm enough to drink.
4) Add honey when the water is cool/warm. Never add honey when it is hot as the heat will destroy the enzymes and other nutrients in the raw honey.
5) Drink 1/2 of this before going to bed. The other half should be covered and refrigerated and drink it in the morning. Do not re-heat it in the morning.

Do not add any flavors in this mixture. And this recipe only works if you drink it on empty stomach.

According to the American Cancer Society (ACS), more than one million people in the United States get cancer each year. The scientific researches are say that green potatoes have high amount of a poisonous chemical called solanine that can lead to nausea, headaches diarrhea, vomiting many other ailments, if it is consumed by fault.

The green colour of a potato is mainly due to high amount of chlorophyll, which is basically not harmful for health. But in fact it is a signal that the amount of solanine, which is generated at that time when the chlorophyll is also produced, has raised too.

A current report is presented by Alexander Pavlista, who is a professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincon. In the report it was told that — a 100 pound man would have to consume nearly 16 ounces of a totally green potato to fell ill.

It was noticed that the green potatoes were never send to the market for sale. And to prevent the production of solanine, it is always suggested that potatoes should be stored in cool and dim light places, remove the green areas before its consumption.

If the taste of the green potato — is found to be bitter, than don’t consume it. This green diet would prove to be harmful so just avoid it.

How to clean lungs in 3 days

Anti-Perspirant HARMFUL - Causes Breast Cancer

We spend the night with clean and underarm deodorant, to be a free breathing time the armpit.

Homemade Cough Remedy



2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (preferably Bragg's, if available)
2 tablespoons honey (locally produced raw honey is best, if available)
2 tablespoons water
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Place all the ingredients in a small jar and shake to combine. Leave at room temperature for a few days or place in the refrigerator for longer storage. Shake well each time, before using. The spices will not dissolve into the liquid. It will not be a thick syrup, it should remain watery. Take as needed and Enjoy happy and healthy life

Sleep, Insomnia and Suggestions



When we sleep, our brain regulates the gastrointestinal, cardiovascular and immune systems and energizes the body. It also works to detoxify the liver, kidneys and other detoxification systems.
It also processes information and knowledge. This allows us to operate efficiently physically, mentally and emotionally throughout the day. So for the sake of your health it’s best not to miss out.

While we sleep, our body rejuvenates and heals and grows. The exercises we do during the day will only be "processed" when we sleep and fats will be burned. What we see, read and learned during the day will be organized and stored in the right places when the brain is at rest.

This is why it is so important to sleep sufficiently. It may be 6 or 7 or 8 hours for some, maybe even more for others. But be sure to get your sufficient sleep every night. Eliminate processed foods from your diet and regularly drink fresh juices which will gradually regulate your internal chemical balance for better sleep patterns.
